Take a Coagulant or gel test tube. Collect the blood 3 to 5 ml in the test tube. Draw the numbering on the test tube. Centrifuge the sample and collect the serum for the test. Normal Range of Rubella Antibodies:

Rubela IgM Less than 0.910 IU/ml

Rubela IgG Less than 7 IU/ml

Rubella Test Result:

Semi-quantitative Rubela kit is also different from another kit of Torch Profile.

  G 1 G 2
Load 15 IU/ml 250 IU/ml

G1 and G2 lines in the Rubella kit differentiate Active infection and protective immunity.

Conclusion:

According to the CDC or WHO, an IgG level > 15 IU/ml indicates protective immunity past infection. While 250 IU/mL indicates Active infection.
