In this process CA-125 test is used to check the recurrence of cancer Treatment Should result in decreased levels, elevated Levels may indicate the recurrence of Cancer. Because the test is affected by many other problems. About 20% of the women with Ovarian cancer have a negative test then the test is not used for widespread Screening for ovarian Cancer, In healthy women the Level of CA-125 is usually less than 35 units per milliliter (U/ml). While Some Women do have a naturally high level of CA-125 in their blood.
